Berichten aan beide contactpunten worden door een mens gelezen en behandeld, niet uitsluitend door geautomatiseerde hulpmiddelen.
Illegale inhoud melden
Recepten die andere leden in je lijsten hebben gedeeld, kun je direct in de app melden: in het recept via het vlagicoon (‘Recept melden’). Iedereen anders, ook zonder account, kan illegale inhoud per e-mail melden aan contact@pickeroni.com. Vermeld, zodat we de melding kunnen beoordelen:
- om welke inhoud het gaat, zo precies mogelijk (bijv. de naam van het recept en van de lijst),
- waarom je de inhoud illegaal vindt,
- je naam en e-mailadres (optioneel bij meldingen over materiaal van seksueel misbruik van kinderen),
- een verklaring dat je gegevens naar je beste weten juist en volledig zijn.
We beoordelen elke melding.
Geschillenbeslechting voor consumenten
Wij zijn niet bereid en niet verplicht deel te nemen aan geschillenbeslechtingsprocedures voor een geschillencommissie voor consumenten.
Privacy, voorwaarden en fotoverantwoording
Hoe we met persoonsgegevens omgaan, staat in de privacyverklaring. Voor het gebruik van de app gelden de gebruiksvoorwaarden.
De foto’s van de ‘Recepten van Pickeroni’ en de voorbeeldfoto’s bij nieuwe recepten komen van Unsplash; de app vermeldt de fotografen en de licentie onder Account › Juridisch › Fotoverantwoording.

Reporting illegal content
You can report recipes that other members have shared in your lists directly in the app: open the recipe and tap the flag icon (“Report recipe”). Anyone else, including people without an account, can report illegal content by email to contact@pickeroni.com. To help us review your report, please include:
- which content is concerned, as precisely as possible (for example the name of the recipe and of the list),
- why you consider the content to be illegal,
- your name and email address (optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
- a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We review every report.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Privacy, terms and image credits
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by our Terms of Service.
The photos of the “Recipes from Pickeroni” and the sample photos for new recipes are from Unsplash; the app lists their photographers and the licence under Account › Legal › Image credits.
