Τα μηνύματα προς τα δύο σημεία επικοινωνίας διαβάζονται και διεκπεραιώνονται από άνθρωπο, όχι αποκλειστικά από αυτοματοποιημένα εργαλεία.
Αναφορά παράνομου περιεχομένου
Συνταγές που έχουν μοιραστεί άλλα μέλη στις λίστες σου μπορείς να τις αναφέρεις απευθείας στην εφαρμογή: στη συνταγή, μέσω του εικονιδίου σημαίας («Αναφορά συνταγής»). Οποιοσδήποτε άλλος, και χωρίς λογαριασμό, μπορεί να αναφέρει παράνομο περιεχόμενο μέσω email στο contact@pickeroni.com. Για να μπορέσουμε να εξετάσουμε την αναφορά, ανάφερε:
- για ποιο περιεχόμενο πρόκειται, όσο πιο συγκεκριμένα γίνεται (π.χ. το όνομα της συνταγής και της λίστας),
- γιατί θεωρείς το περιεχόμενο παράνομο,
- το όνομα και τη διεύθυνση email σου (προαιρετικά σε αναφορές για υλικό σεξουαλικής κακοποίησης παιδιών),
- δήλωση ότι τα στοιχεία σου είναι, εξ όσων γνωρίζεις, ακριβή και πλήρη.
Εξετάζουμε κάθε αναφορά.
Επίλυση καταναλωτικών διαφορών
Δεν είμαστε πρόθυμοι ούτε υποχρεωμένοι να συμμετέχουμε σε διαδικασίες επίλυσης διαφορών ενώπιον φορέα εναλλακτικής επίλυσης καταναλωτικών διαφορών.
Απόρρητο, όροι και πηγές φωτογραφιών
Το πώς χειριζόμαστε τα προσωπικά δεδομένα εξηγείται στην πολιτική απορρήτου. Για τη χρήση της εφαρμογής ισχύουν οι όροι χρήσης.
Οι φωτογραφίες των «Συνταγών από το Pickeroni» και οι ενδεικτικές φωτογραφίες για νέες συνταγές προέρχονται από το Unsplash· η εφαρμογή αναφέρει τους φωτογράφους και την άδεια στο Λογαριασμός › Νομικά › Πηγές φωτογραφιών.

Reporting illegal content
You can report recipes that other members have shared in your lists directly in the app: open the recipe and tap the flag icon (“Report recipe”). Anyone else, including people without an account, can report illegal content by email to contact@pickeroni.com. To help us review your report, please include:
- which content is concerned, as precisely as possible (for example the name of the recipe and of the list),
- why you consider the content to be illegal,
- your name and email address (optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
- a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We review every report.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Privacy, terms and image credits
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by our Terms of Service.
The photos of the “Recipes from Pickeroni” and the sample photos for new recipes are from Unsplash; the app lists their photographers and the licence under Account › Legal › Image credits.
