Rechtswidrige Inhalte melden

Rezepte, die andere Mitglieder in deinen Listen geteilt haben, kannst du direkt in der App melden: im Rezept über das Flaggen-Symbol („Rezept melden“). Alle anderen, auch Personen ohne Konto, melden rechtswidrige Inhalte per E-Mail an contact@pickeroni.com. Damit wir eine Meldung prüfen können, gib bitte an:

welcher Inhalt betroffen ist, so genau wie möglich (z. B. Name des Rezepts und der Liste),
warum der Inhalt aus deiner Sicht rechtswidrig ist,
deinen Namen und deine E-Mail-Adresse (bei Meldungen zu Darstellungen sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern freiwillig),
dass deine Angaben nach bestem Wissen richtig und vollständig sind.

Wir prüfen jede Meldung.

Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Datenschutz, Nutzungsbedingungen und Bildnachweise

Wie wir mit personenbezogenen Daten umgehen, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung. Für die Nutzung der App gelten die Nutzungsbedingungen (AGB).

Die Fotos der „Rezepte von Pickeroni“ und die Beispielbilder beim Anlegen eines Rezepts stammen von Unsplash; Urheber:innen und Lizenz nennt die App unter Account › Rechtliches › Bildnachweise.

Reporting illegal content

You can report recipes that other members have shared in your lists directly in the app: open the recipe and tap the flag icon (“Report recipe”). Anyone else, including people without an account, can report illegal content by email to contact@pickeroni.com. To help us review your report, please include:

which content is concerned, as precisely as possible (for example the name of the recipe and of the list),
why you consider the content to be illegal,
your name and email address (optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

We review every report.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Privacy, terms and image credits

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by our Terms of Service.

The photos of the “Recipes from Pickeroni” and the sample photos for new recipes are from Unsplash; the app lists their photographers and the licence under Account › Legal › Image credits.
