Laittoman sisällön ilmoittaminen

Reseptit, joita muut jäsenet ovat jakaneet listoillesi, voit ilmoittaa suoraan sovelluksessa: reseptissä lippukuvakkeesta (”Ilmoita reseptistä”). Kuka tahansa muu, myös ilman tiliä, voi ilmoittaa laittomasta sisällöstä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen contact@pickeroni.com. Jotta voimme käsitellä ilmoituksen, kerro:

mistä sisällöstä on kyse, mahdollisimman tarkasti (esim. reseptin ja listan nimi),
miksi pidät sisältöä laittomana,
nimesi ja sähköpostiosoitteesi (vapaaehtoinen lasten seksuaalista hyväksikäyttöä esittävää materiaalia koskevissa ilmoituksissa),
vakuutus siitä, että tietosi ovat parhaan tietosi mukaan oikeita ja täydellisiä.

Kuluttajariitojen ratkaiseminen

Emme ole halukkaita emmekä velvollisia osallistumaan riidanratkaisumenettelyyn kuluttajariitalautakunnassa.

Tietosuoja, käyttöehdot ja kuvien tekijät

Henkilötietojen käsittely selitetään tietosuojaselosteessa. Sovelluksen käyttöön sovelletaan käyttöehtoja.

Reporting illegal content

You can report recipes that other members have shared in your lists directly in the app: open the recipe and tap the flag icon (“Report recipe”). Anyone else, including people without an account, can report illegal content by email to contact@pickeroni.com. To help us review your report, please include:

which content is concerned, as precisely as possible (for example the name of the recipe and of the list),
why you consider the content to be illegal,
your name and email address (optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

We review every report.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Privacy, terms and image credits

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by our Terms of Service.

The photos of the “Recipes from Pickeroni” and the sample photos for new recipes are from Unsplash; the app lists their photographers and the licence under Account › Legal › Image credits.
