Notificar contenido ilícito
Las recetas que otros miembros han compartido en tus listas puedes notificarlas directamente en la app: en la receta, con el icono de la bandera («Denunciar receta»). Cualquier otra persona, también sin cuenta, puede notificar contenido ilícito por correo a contact@pickeroni.com. Para que podamos revisar la notificación, indica por favor:
- de qué contenido se trata, con la mayor precisión posible (p. ej., el nombre de la receta y de la lista),
- por qué consideras que el contenido es ilícito,
- tu nombre y tu dirección de correo (opcional en notificaciones sobre material de abuso sexual infantil),
- una declaración de que tus datos son, según tu leal saber y entender, correctos y completos.
Revisamos cada notificación.
Resolución de litigios de consumo
No estamos dispuestos ni obligados a participar en procedimientos de resolución de litigios ante una entidad de arbitraje de consumo.
Privacidad, condiciones y créditos de las fotos
Cómo tratamos los datos personales se explica en la política de privacidad. El uso de la app se rige por las condiciones de uso.
Las fotos de las «Recetas de Pickeroni» y las fotos de ejemplo al crear recetas proceden de Unsplash; la app indica sus autores y la licencia en Cuenta › Información legal › Créditos de las fotos.

Reporting illegal content
You can report recipes that other members have shared in your lists directly in the app: open the recipe and tap the flag icon (“Report recipe”). Anyone else, including people without an account, can report illegal content by email to contact@pickeroni.com. To help us review your report, please include:
- which content is concerned, as precisely as possible (for example the name of the recipe and of the list),
- why you consider the content to be illegal,
- your name and email address (optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
- a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We review every report.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Privacy, terms and image credits
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is governed by our Terms of Service.
The photos of the “Recipes from Pickeroni” and the sample photos for new recipes are from Unsplash; the app lists their photographers and the licence under Account › Legal › Image credits.
